Suspension Rebuilds
The fork rebuild includes complete disassembly of inner cartridges and outer fork tubes, cleaning, inspection and reassembly with new fluids. The shock will be completely disassembled including seal head, cleaning, inspection and reassembly with new fluid and nitrogen. Upon inspection, worn items will be replaced and charged out accordingly. Only OEM or better products are used.
Suspension Revalve
After speaking with you and determining what you are looking for as far as bike personalization, we will change valving, springs and other components as necessary to give you the ride you are looking for. Includes complete disassembly of inner cartridges and outer fork tubes, cleaning, inspection and reassembly with new fluids. The shock will be completely disassembled including seal head, cleaning, inspection and reassembly with new fluid and nitrogen. Upon inspection, worn items will be replaced and charged out accordingly. Only OEM or better products are used. If springs or other components are needed to achieve proper setup they will be charged out accordingly.
Works suspension/Coatings
This is for riders looking for the next level in suspension. We offer many works coatings such as Kashima, Hard Anodizing, TiN, DLC, etc. These coating will improve the action of the suspension by reducing friction as well as giving your suspension a unique eye catching look. If you are looking to ride the exact same suspension as the top professional riders we also offer "Kit" suspension from KYB, Showa, Ohlins, and WP. These often offer larger tubes, works coatings, various billet machined parts, and tighter tolerances that the stock components offer. For 99.9% of riders we can make the stock components work just as good, but for the 1% that want the absolute best we offer it.
